For his spring Spring/Summer 2019 collection for Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld took his models and guests sur la plage. Created one of Chanel's most elaborate show settings yet by transforming the Grand Palais into St Tropez. The collection was equally as breezy, carefree, and tropical-inspired as the setting, showcasing classic Chanel design tropes with elements of athleisure and 80's silhouettes with a modern twist. Taken from the "By the Sea" runway, this unique take on the classic Chanel flap bag is complete with an eye-catching oversized pearl top handle. This bag, constructed from dreamy pink tweed, is finished with a woven chain leather strap - giving you multiple carrying options, nautical rope detailing, gold-toned hardware, interlocking cc monogram detailing, and twist-lock closure.
