Return and Exchange Policy
Disclaimer
When we refer to "Trésor Vintage", "we", "us" or "our", website (our “site”) we mean Trésor Vintage Limited. Where we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person using the Services.
Returns and Refunds
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives consumers the statutory right to return or request a refund of faulty products. We are not responsible for any original manufacturer faults. We will provide an accurate description and disclose any and all faults, flaws or signs of use with the item(s) to you before shipping. Nevertheless, we could arrange repairment upon request for additional costs, and the repairment will be with a third party, not with the original manufacturer.
Trésor Vintage proceeds to shipping only when customers acknowledge and agree with the condition check email.
- International Orders: For orders outside the United Kingdom, please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and collected by DHL Express upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refused Shipments: Should a shipment be returned to Trésor Vintage due to unpaid duties, any associated return shipping fees and non-refundable DHL taxes will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Once you receive your order, please check the item. If you find any damage (e.g., unexpected scratches, discolouration, or any other damage different from the condition report) or missing accessories, please take evidence in photo or video form. Send this evidence to our customer service team via email: customerservice@tresor-vintage.com and title your email with your full name and order number. Our team will start an investigation based on the information you provided. You shall receive our investigation result within 5 business days. However, based on the specific situation, it might take longer to investigate.
Please note: Once you receive your order, you have 48 hours to claim damage. Trésor Vintage reserves the right not to accept the claim after 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase under the following circumstances:
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive physical possession of the last item in your order.
- Weekend & Holiday Extension: If the 14th day of your return window falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or an official public holiday, your return window is automatically extended until the end of the next business day.
To file a return, please email our customer service team (customerservice@tresor-vintage.com), titling the email with your full name and order number. All items must be returned in the same condition, with:
- All original and Trésor Vintage packaging
- Protective materials in place
- Trésor Vintage tags attached to them in their original position
- Any accessories
- Authenticity cards (from the original manufacturer)
Trésor Vintage reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from the mutually agreed condition. The return should be exactly the same as we shipped to you.
For example, Trésor Vintage reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if:
- The product(s) have been used, damaged, or altered.
- The Trésor Vintage secure tags are not attached to the product(s), show obvious evidence of being removed and reattached, or have not been returned.
- The customer has not returned packaging considered an integral part of the product(s), such as dust bags.
If these circumstances occur, Trésor Vintage will inform you of the rejection of the return or exchange, and you will have the product(s) delivered back to you at your own expense.
- Return Shipping Costs: We offer free return shipping on eligible returns. We are responsible for paying shipping costs incurred whilst returning an item. We will email you return and exchange instructions alongside your prepaid return labels after you file your request.
- Return Timeframe: After you file your return request, your item(s) must be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Trésor Vintage reserves the right not to accept any return if it falls outside this timeframe.
Once we receive your item(s), you will be notified via email while your returned item(s) are re-authenticated. If your return is approved, we will notify you immediately via email and initiate a refund to your original method of payment (excluding the original delivery cost). Your refund can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Late Returns
After you file your return request, your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Trésor Vintage reserves the right not to accept any return if it is outside this timeframe.
Exchange
The exchange procedure is identical to the return procedure. Instead of receiving a refund, you can exchange your item for anything of the same or higher value. Our customer service team will assist with the payment method if you would like to exchange your item for a higher-value selection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order at any time before the item is fulfilled and dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, and you must follow our standard return process instead.
- How to Cancel: Because we process orders quickly, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. You can WhatsApp us at +44 7564 032150 or email us at customerservice@tresor-vintage.com with the subject heading ORDER CANCELLATION followed by your order number.
- In-Flight Orders: If your order has already been dispatched by the time your request is processed, please refuse the delivery or follow the standard 14-day return instructions detailed above.
Exceptions
No exchanges or returns are permitted for special orders.
Remarks
- Trésor Vintage packaging includes: Product box, dust bag, product tag, and stuffing.
- Return or exchange for bags: All items that came with the bag(s)—such as the original authenticity card, dust bags, Trésor Vintage tags, and other included attachments (straps, mirrors, etc.)—must be included with your return or exchange. Please pay extra attention to light-coloured leather products if you are still deciding whether to keep them. Note that darker clothing (especially denim) can easily transfer dye to light-coloured bags. If this occurs, Trésor Vintage cannot accept the return or exchange.
- Return or exchange for jewellery: All items that came with the jewellery—such as ear studs, dust bags, Trésor Vintage tags, and other structural components/hardware—must be included with your return or exchange. Please handle jewellery pieces with care when trying them on, as some pieces are highly fragile.
