International Orders: For orders outside the United Kingdom, please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and collected by DHL Express upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. Should a shipment be returned to Trésor Vintage due to unpaid duties, any associated return shipping fees and non-refundable DHL taxes will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Returns

The 14-Day Window: Trésor Vintage offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, with all Trésor Vintage security tags attached.

Refunds: Once the item is inspected and verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
